Job Description:

As a member of the Finance Business Process Integration (FBPI) team, the SAP Payroll Systems Integrator will report to the Finance organization supporting our global enterprise payroll systems and operations. This position is the subject matter expert linking functional and technical teams across Finance/Payroll, Human Resources (HR), and Information Technology (IT) to deliver payroll and labor system solutions.

The position is responsible for implementing and integrating changes to/from the SAP payroll and labor systems typically arising from production issues/defects, new business growth, new software initiatives/upgrades, internal policy changes, and/or external changes in local regulatory compliance.


•Provide second level customer support to analyze system issues/defects associated with the global SAP payroll and labor/timesheet systems. Collaborate with other cross functional subject matter experts from Finance, HR, and IT to trouble shoot issues/defects and align on recommended technical solutions.

•Recommend solutions to improve payroll and labor processes to solve business challenges.

•Implement system changes in accordance with IT change management policies following the integrated build schedule.

•Host/facilitate discovery meetings with local Finance/Payroll and HR stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, determine the appropriate build schedule, approve test plans, facilitate/perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review and approve test results to ensure business and regulatory compliance.

•Interact with internal IT developers, QA testing team, and/or external 3rd party payroll software vendors to ensure the technical solutions developed will meet Finance/Payroll requirements.

•Evaluate, manage, and communicate the downstream impact of system changes with various stakeholders, such as: organization change management, education, work process changes, user acceptance testing (UAT), updates to security job roles, training, cutover/go-live tasks, and post implementation support.

•Partner with global team members and stakeholders working in different time zones across the US, Canada, India, Philippines, and other countries.
