Fluor SCA Customer Service Rep III in Aurora, Colorado
Daily support to include but not limited to all following task:
Work independently, or as part of a team, to provide world class customer service support
Provide leadership and oversight to a team of 1-2 Facilities Help Desk employees.
Provide customer service and support to multiple organizations within a secure facility
Adhere to all site safety policy and procedures; report incidents immediately to supervisor
Greet and handle all customer requests via online and telephonic mediums.
Process client requests for facility services according to established department policies and procedures.
Provide effective and proactive communication with assigned clients and associated service locations to ensure expectations and requirements are met throughout the life cycle of the work order. Ensure all work is completed within the client's service level agreements.
Coordinate with facility technicians relating to the work order - including dispatch, scope expectations, and completion status.
Handle emergency requests and client escalations in a professional, customer-service focused manner.
Create, maintain, and manage strong professional relationships with vendors and technicians servicing our clients.
Manage the relationship with the client and all parties involved in the work order life cycle.
Follow all Company-implemented processes, procedures, and models as it relates to work order management, documentation, follow up, and close out.
Own the cradle to grave ticketing process in the Archibus CMMS.
Track and proactively manage facility O&M Team room request accesses in the client’s database.
Provide support and coordination to third party and other visitor facility access requests.
Ensure proper handling of all sensitive or classified materials and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements
Support other elements of the Fluor Logistics Team as directed
Seek and make recommendations to supervisor for continuous process improvement
Operate government or Fluor owned vehicles and equipment required to complete daily duties
Work within an office or warehouse setting as required
