We are looking for new grad Civil/Structural Engineers to join our CSA team!

Civil/Structural EIT Responsibilities:

• Design and analysis of structures, buildings, foundations and piles.

• Work ranges from simple foundations and structures to complex structures, and dynamic considerations are frequently involved in dealing with vibratory equipment loads and earthquake forces.

• Design and analysis of roads and drainage.

• Coordination of Civil/Structural project components over the life of the project.

• Responsible for Civil/Structural engineering aspects on any given project.

• Involved in the total project early in career development; from preliminary site feasibility studies and basic design criteria through the actual design and construction of site layout, foundations, structures and buildings.

Career Paths:

Civil / Structural Engineering new grads have several career path options with Fluor depending on the specific persons’ interest and aptitude:

• Develop into a Lead Civil / Structural Engineer responsible for completing engineering and design on projects.

• Develop into a Lead Technical Civil / Structural Engineer responsible for technical oversight on projects.

• Develop into a technical Subject Matter Expert to support multiple projects and Fluor offices globally.

• Develop into Engineering Managers on projects directing multi-discipline engineering efforts

• Develop into Project Engineers and Project Managers.
