Fluor Human Resource On-the-job Trainee (AB/BS Psychology or equivalent) in Cebu City, Philippines

Job Description:

I. Recruitment

 Resume Screening

 Arrange exam and interview schedule for local and overseas applicants

 Assist applicants during examination and interview process

 Prepare welcome packets for newly hired employees

 Assist in the transmittal of BIR 2305 & HMDF RTMRLD forms to respective government offices

 Execute other tasks related and necessary

II. Talent Development

 Assist Training Coordinator in all logistical preparation for office-wide training

 File all pertinent documents

 Update master list and database of Talent Development

 Aids in inventory of training materials and supplies

 Cater other tasks that will be assigned from time to time

III. Compensation & Benefits

 Input leave application in tracker; file leave forms

 Distribute APE results, RDT results, etc.

 File loose docs (MDR, government forms, HMO applications, life insurance forms, etc.)

 Support benefits activities, if any

IV. Employee Relations

 Provides logistical support to employee programs such as Service Milestone awarding, Excel to Win Headliners, Birthday Breakfast celebration, etc.

V. Employee Mobility

 Provide assistance to expats regarding hotel recommendations, documentary requirements for opening bank accounts, and other mobility-related tasks.

 Aid in some expat, domestic assignment, business travel and travel related services

Note:

 Alternate Friday-off work scheme and flex time schedule will apply.

 Training allowance will be provided.
