Contracts Administrator

Scope of Activities:

For a Fluor Project in Greece we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this position you will provide the essential project support, including but not limited to, the points listed below.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform contract management post-award activities through evaluating and status contractors’ productivity, schedule adherence, contract change management, invoicing and claims avoidance

• Coordinate/maintain control of Site Instructions

• Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate and Contract Management requirements

• Coordinate the timely issuance, distribution, or response of information, invoices, and correspondence

• Use Company’s reference systems to record and maintain project contract data

• Establish and maintain contract files in accordance with Fluor’s practice

• Participate in the contractor resource survey

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Project Contracting Plan and update project contract schedules

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of monthly reports as required by the project or department

• Assist in analysing commercial sections of proposals and coordination of technical proposal evaluations & development of final proposal evaluations

• Assist in closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications, invoices, and coordinate completion of contractor performance evaluations

• Interface with all levels of the project team including the Legal department, organise meetings with interfacing disciplines in the support of scope

• Be proactive with contractors to ensure contract compliance, generation of progress, schedules, daily and other status reports, invoices, and supporting documents in a timely manner

• Assist in negotiation of contract terms and conditions with the Contractors

• Participate in taskforce activities, as required

• Read and understand the Prime Contract

• Monitor and track contractors’ compliance to Fluor’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), Quality, and Finance procedures currently in place

• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff

• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards

• Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job

• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
