Fluor Associate Quality Specialist II in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, performs Quality Records Management / Document Control job functions as assigned by management. Typical job responsibilities are to assist and support management in ensuring that all records and documents are properly controlled and maintained, and that the quality program is implemented in a manner that is fully compliant with Fluor Solutions and project procedures and all contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities that assist and support management in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned:

Coordinate the maintenance of project Quality records for all phases of the project

Execute project Quality work in accordance with approved Quality Control Plan

Prepare quality assurance documents and procedures

Implement processes to manage RFIs, vendor/subcontractor reports, quality discipline reports, subcontractor Quality Control Plans, daily reports, and other quality documentation

Upload and manage quality documentation in SharePoint and RMS

Assist with inspections, witnessing of hydro testing, and other quality activities

Assist with quality surveillance, reporting, etc


Assist all levels of functional or project personnel in quality-related matters

Provide technical, administrative, and/or functional support to the project team

Coordinates between Quality and Commissioning/Turnover

Other duties as assigned
