Fluor Lead Customer Service Center Representative in Denver - R, Colorado

Job Description:

* Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph *

Leads the day to day operation of the Customer Service

Center (CSC).

Supervises CSC staff as well as performs task required.

Responsible for the reprographic equipment and/or machinery

are maintained according to the respective lease agreements

and the equipment distributed throughout the facility. The

CSC Lead will be responsible for daily support to include but

not limited to all following task:

Product handling, preparation, and Distribution

Commercial/Vendor Mail Services

Deliver and pick-up all official US Mail and local site

Parcel post pick-up

Classified trash removal/document destruction

receive and transmit both classified and unclassified faxes

provide classified stamps

Provide reproduction, publishing, and binding services and

ensure self-service reproduction capabilities

Provide scanning services

Sort and distribute any material requiring dissemination to

personnel. Maintain the mail distribution bins with POC listing

in CSC

Provide proper handling controls of electrostatic Discharge

(ESD) items

Provide for both external and internal distribution of materials

forwarded to individuals and organizations on-site

Maintain automatic distribution requirements in a government

provided database

Wrap and route original documents and material to

appropriate personnel. Classified Material Handling

Receive, account for and distribute; classified packages,

classified equipment, and classified messages

Process classified or controlled documents, scan, and create

records in accordance with government guidance

Ensure the material received correspond with manifests and

resolve document/material discrepancies

Verify all data received with shipping or transmittal document

and keep them on file

Collect, process and dispose of classified waste IAW approved

security provisions and regulations

Operate classified destruct equipment

Ensure the CSC customers are greeted upon entering the

office and are assisted with their service needs

Ensure immediate answer of all phone calls
