Fluor Facilities Administrator / Scheduler in Harrogate, United Kingdom
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced, organized and flexible administrator to join our Facilities Maintenance Team. This is an extremely varied role, providing master drawing configuration management, bench stock inventory control, and general office support.
Candidates will need to be confident in the use of technology, primarily Microsoft Office, and have solid demonstrable experience with providing effective configuration management services. Attention to detail and effective communications, both verbally and in writing, are a must.
The position also requires coordinating with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager regarding staff work assignments, and the regular development of work reports.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in all aspects of:
Document formatting, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.
Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo and/or Archibus preferred).
Basic Job Requirements include:
Maintaining and updating computerized databases, ensuring 100% accuracy of information.
Monitor and maintain material stock levels.
Assisting with day to day tasks and providing all round support for the Facilities
Manager and Operations and Maintenance Manager.
Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports, metrics, analytics, schedules and presentations.
Ability to serve as the main point of contact for recording and reporting details of facility maintenance, repair, and replacement requirements on behalf of the
Facilities Manager and the O&M Manager.
Other Job Requirements include:
Maintain up-to-date records in the internal client database.
Providing admin support to the Facilities team.
Internal meeting preparation and minute taking.
Document formatting, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project.
Coordinate and organize meetings, events and travel plans for the department.
Diary management for several individuals.
Maintain department records including attendance and meeting logs.
