S3D Piping Reference Data/Catalog Specialist

Working in a multi-cultural environment is nothing new for you. You are experienced in working in a multi-office type of execution, where you travel as needed to other locations globally (Fluor, partners, vendors or client) in order to add to the successful project completion. Having to liaison with multiple parties on project, you are an excellent communicator and are highly proficient in written and oral communication.
Having worked as S3D Reference Data Specialist for at least 5 years, you have in-depth knowledge of Intergraph SmartPlant3D (S3D) Piping Reference Data and are experienced in the common workflows such as adding a new component to the piping specification, adding new catalogue equipment, creating a piping specification, and modifying the delivered catalogue data. You are able to convert a Piping Specification or Piping Line Class into the format required by SmartPlant3D.
You are familiar with the industry codes and standards, such as SME, ASTM, ANSI, API, AWWA, MSS, EN, etc. and have worked with material management systems. You have thorough understanding of piping materials and components and you are able to prepare piping specifications based on client specifications. Next to creating piping specifications, you have experience in performing material take-offs from the model and running reports from S3D.
Working with data, you have a keen eye for detail and being accurate is one of your best qualities; the smallest error does not escape your eyesight. You are able to organize your work independently and ensure that your deliverables and work is prepared and ready according to project schedules and budgets.
