Working in a multi-cultural environment is nothing new for you and you are experienced in working in a multi-office type of execution, where you travel as needed to other locations (Fluor, partners or site locations) globally in order to lead the Piping Taskforce to a successful project completion. Having to liaison with multiple parties on project, you are an excellent communicator and are highly proficient in written and oral communication.

You are an experienced Piping Lead Engineer with more than 15 years of experience and a Bachelor Degree. You have successfully led piping teams on conceptual (FEED) and detailed engineering (EPC) projects for various types of projects, ranging from greenfield to real brownfield revamp, executed in a reimbursable or Lump Sum project environment.

As Piping Lead Engineer, you oversee and are responsible for all piping work that is executed on the project under your leadership. You report to the Project Engineering Manager and/or Project Manager as well as the Piping Department Manager. You are not only technically inclined, you also keep control over the scope of the Piping team by monitoring schedules, man-hours and materials ensuring that your team delivers according the project requirements. You are result oriented to the detail level while at the same time keeping an overview of all your (teams) activities. You are flexible and you can easily adapt to the growing and changing environment of the projects of today and tomorrow.
