Job Description:

The Sr. Director, Executive Compensation will be an integral part of the Global Compensation & Executive Services team. This position will report to the Global Head of Total Rewards and function as a subject-matter expert, working collaboratively across the organization. This role is in our Irving, TX Headquarters where our team enjoys work-from-home flexibility. The candidate must be located in DFW metropolitan area.

The ideal individual will:

•Lead Fluor’s Executive Compensation function as a member of the Total Rewards Leadership Team

•Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the executive salary review, executive perquisites, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive programs globally

•Develop and implement communication and education strategy for effective promotion of the executive compensation programs

•Lead compensation projects and initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration with significant strategic and fiscal impact

•Oversee vendor management with deferred compensation and equity administration

•Build a strong network to partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Audit on executive compensation matters like bonus financials, accruals, trading windows, and audits

•Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and global HR business partners on executive matters

•Direct executive salary survey process. executive salary structures, and job architecture

•Oversee executive compensation policies and procedures

•Consult with HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership to build competitive offer packages for executive hires

•Contribute to the preparation of board-related meeting materials and the CD&A portion of the Annual Proxy Statement and other compensation SEC-related filings

•Monitor executive compensation trends and regulations, staying abreast of applicable legislation requirements

•Manage and coach executive compensation staff ensuring their growth and development
