Job Description:

Perform broad range of process engineering/technology assignments

•Contact and consult with other engineering disciplines within Fluor in addition to process engineers and supervisors

•Preparation of the following deliverables and activities:

-Process Design Basis and Criteria

-Simulation and Heat and Material Balance (HMB)

-PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams)

-P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)

-Utility Summary

-Hydraulics (pumped and non-pumped) and line sizing

-Equipment sizing and specification (Vessel, Tank, Pumps, Compressors, Packages)

-Instrument sizing and specification (Control Valves, Flowmeters)

-Relief valve scenario analysis and sizing

-Depressurization calculations

-Flare header sizing and radiation calculations

-Other technical documents such as Control Philosophy, Safeguarding Memorandum, Cause and Effects

•Document design basis information

•Periodically review work of others

•Perform process studies

•Review mechanical input in equipment data sheets and equipment lists
