Job Description:
1) Supporting owner Construction management team to manage the EPC contractor on semiconductor project.
2) Participate in design review, providing constructability and schedule input, supporting and monitoring of field construction, pre-com and commissioning activities of assigned mechanical packages
3) Collaborate with Owner and EPC contractor to achieve the construction milestone schedules including managing the work around plans.
4) Interface with Owner and EPC contractor’s design, schedule and construction teams
5) Project Manager for the following mechanical packages
Chilled water system
Tertiary chilled water system
Process water system
Critical process water system
Spindle head water system
Fire water system
Industrial water system
6) Project Manager for all mechanical installations in office building which mainly consist of plumbing and ducting, HVAC system, fire water system, chilled water system and a lab supporting facilities.
7) Project Manager for chilled water system capacity expansion project in existing facilities which involves installation of new chiller, cooling tower, associated supporting utilities and control system.
