Job Description:

Picture this.

Blank Canvas.

Yep that’s it.

Now for those who get excited by this idea let’s carry on.

Fluor has identified that sometimes to think big you need to focus on the basics. And when we say the basics, we mean we have looked at the business strategy and identified a key area of growth.

Now what does this role mean to us?

In summary, a Multi Projects Group Manager to come in, create, develop, lead and drive the business focusing on mining and metals projects worth between $5,000-100million.

What does that look like?

A Senior Project Manager who wants to create rather than follow.

Someone who wants to build their own team and provide a gateway for the next generation of engineers to learn from you and the team you create as you collaborate to bid, convert and manage all projects within the MPG team.

Someone who has an entrepreneurial trait that has always wanted to create their own business.

Taking advantage of current Fluor professional relationships and exploring opportunities to build the division focusing on small projects with customers up to 50,000 hrs of billable work. Scope can cover all disciplines, both green and brownfields and project phases all the way from selection studies, detail design, construction support and commissioning.
