Job Description:

The South Mountain 202 Freeway Project in the Phoenix, Arizona area is looking for an individual to provide the following services:

Develops / maintains the fully resource and cost loaded Project Schedule in such a way that it meets contract requirements.

Updates Project Schedules on a monthly basis. Leads update meeting and schedules review sessions. Reviews, verifies and challenges information from Project Team by visiting and walking the project construction site.

Provides support to teams in assessing/documenting delays and impacts, alternate work plans and methods of construction. Provides support to project teams when delay(s) have been determined, based on Scheduling Procedure and document on schedule as necessary. Propose schedule recovery alternatives and mitigation strategies.

Prepares a Monthly Schedule Update Report narrative for each schedule update, which describes current project status, deviations, and identifies any/all critical schedule issues.

Maintains and backs up schedule files for each project in a timely and organized manner.

Generates monthly reports and layouts to better analyze monthly progress, earned value, and to better forecast where the Project is heading

Develops monthly Draw Request packages for monthly billing to the Owner.

Assist the rest of the Project Controls team with additional tasks such as quantity claiming, cost reports, and cost analysis.
