Due to our quick growth in the North Rhine Westphalia area, we are looking for a Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) for Fluor's Project Portfolios located in Gelsenkirchen and Dormagen as of September 1st, 2023.
Your tasks with us include:
• You will lead a portfolio of multiple projects of different sizes and phases, managing their interdependencies, resourcing requirements and prioritizations in between them.
• You will be responsible for the team who executes projects on behalf of Fluor throughout all project phases (pre-FEED, FEED, detail engineering and construction).
• You will be the main point of contact with the client and have the responsibility to reconciliate client requirements with a sound execution strategy for the portfolio.
• You will be responsible for building a strong interface structure between the Client/Owner's organization and Fluor's portfolio organization.
• You are responsible for internal and external stakeholder management coordination of on-site team members and engineers.
• You are accountable for excellence execution by building a high performing team and provide them the correct set of processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and according to Client's and Fluor's standards.
• You will have full responsibility for the P&L of the portfolio of projects.
