Job Description:

With increased global demand for new major transportation programs, Fluor has emerged as a leader in developing innovative solutions for large and complex infrastructure projects involving bridges, highways, rail, toll roads, and transit systems.

Fluor Infrastructure O&M is seeking a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of leading and closing $100M+ opportunities, to provide leadership and strategic direction driving the expansion and growth of our Infrastructure O&M market and overseeing management of existing client relationships.

Reporting to the Vice President, O&M, this position will be responsible for leading large/strategic pursuits, solution development, teaming relationships, and responding to customer solicitation for new business.

• Be the leading force in growing client relationships and business in our Infrastructure O&M market

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and lead our account and business strategies designed to expand Fluor’s presence in the infrastructure O&M space

• Reporting to the Vice President, O&M, you will be responsible for leading large/strategic pursuits, solution development, teaming relationships and responding to customer solicitations for new business

• There is a requirement for travel, up to 25%, to meet with key customers or partners when required

• Keep abreast of overall business trends, particularly the current business climate to include changes in customer budgets, strategies, policies, and priorities

• Develop and manage a multiyear, multi-billion-dollar quality pipeline

• Direct marketing campaigns to establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key client officials

• Seek opportunities to strengthen client relationships

• Identify potential clients within area of specialty and develop sales strategies

• Understand and respond to potential clients’ needs and objectives by engaging and educating potential/existing customers on Fluor’s Infrastructure O&M capabilities

• Maintain awareness of Fluor activities and capabilities across all business lines to identify and leverage synergies amongst clients, projects, and activities

• Provide leadership and guidance to proposal team from inception to completion, and interfaces with the program teams and other account executives

• Oversee the development of the pricing structure, as well as other contract terms and conditions

• Negotiate contracts, including secrecy agreements and joint venture agreements

• Act as sponsor during project execution

• Participate as a JV board member as needed

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
