Job Description:
This position has the responsibility to implement HR strategies, and initiatives across multiple operating centers to improve workforce performance, with an emphasis on mobility and policy. Provides guidance and counsel on the Company's Global Mobility policies and programs.
Will perform a wide range of duties in support of a Project, including:
• Maintain knowledge of, and provide guidance and direction on, Fluor’s Global Mobility policies and procedures
• Serve as key contact working with Fluor’s external Global Mobility partners and internal Fluor groups, in support of project
• Participate in Human Resource projects related to Global Mobility
• Provide guidance and direction on the expatriate policy, answer routine questions on the mobility process
• Other duties as assigned
