Fluor Plant Engineering office is part of the E&C Energy Solutions Sustaining Capital Projects Business Line.

We are looking for a Cost Controller to support the regional team (Spain) located in Tarragona, Port Tarraco.

This position performs fundamental Project Control activities.

•To prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for a project. To accumulate and compile accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project. To develop cost control procedures, execution plans and business plans for a project. To develop and implement a basic change management system for engineering and construction. To identify possible risk to be taken into account before and during the execution of the project. To develop and issue project monthly reports and project financial montlhy reports. To analyze and validate project actuals and forecast data. Historical data capturing. To develop and implement the project progress control. Preferrable to have knowledge about engineering projects (conceptual, feed, detail, etc), deliverables, key documents, disciplines, etc.

• Understand the scheduling and cost terminology

• Apply the principles of a Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to schedule/cost data to ensure that the data are correctly and consistently entered into the Project Controls System

• Implement procedures for a project scheduling/cost program

• Collect data, input updates, and produce basic cost/scheduling management reports

• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in generating and gathering data; maintain orderly records to ensure the integrity of the system

• Use Project Controls reference systems as primary tools for executing responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned
