Job Description:

Provides database and network support for the Force Protection Screening Cell operations. Maintains a computer network / database and computer assets utilized by the FP Cell and Entry Control Points and Biometric Automated Toolset. General operator support for systems and database operations,

administration, documentation and reporting. Provides operator support for other biometric applications and peripherals. Compiles daily production metrics and report criteria, assists in ensuring the standardization of data entry, reporting, transfer, sharing and integrity of data base information. Trains all

Force Protection Screening Cell personnel on the BAT systems, Access Control System and applications. Writes code and conduct database mining queries for adhoc report requirements. Administrators are additionally required to accomplish all tasks required of them as long as the tasks requested are within the general scope of the contractual obligations and mission effort.indexing and cross referencing at a large scale project. Compiles and maintains control records to reflect status of all client records, both active and obsolete. Routes documents and data as required. Monitors work flows of orders and

expedites priorities for various departments. Coordinate the archival and transfer of documents upon contract completion. Reviews documents for approval for release. Ensures that subordinate technicians are maintaining documents according to strict guidelines. Responsible for the retrieval, reproduction and

distribution of documents. Evaluates existing operating procedures and implements improvements to maximize efficiency within the department. Performs and conducts periodic audits and internal checks on all document files, electronic images and data. May participate in regularly scheduled quality assurance audits.
