Job Description:
Supervises Government Property operations and personnel as assigned. Ensures compliance with all
requirements relating to the receipt, tracking, usage and disposition of government property as specified
in applicable sections of LOGCAP contract documents, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and
Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). May be assigned responsibility for all or part of the Area Property
Book of Record as necessary to verify proper receipt, tracking, usage and disposition of all government
property in Fluor’s possession under a project or task order within assigned operations units. Supports
the development, communication, and consistent use of Property Control Practices/Systems and related
operations to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements as demonstrated by Federal
government review/audit ratings at or above the “satisfactory” level within assigned operations units.
Supervises, trains, and develops subordinate staff and project personnel in a manner that ensures their
full understanding of and compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Within assigned
operations units, ensures timely preparation and distribution of required Government Property
Management reports, physical verification of inventories, Loss Damage/Destruction (LDD) reports, DD
1149 (Transfer/Surplus) and annual DD1662 (Property in Contractor’s possession) reports throughout
FGG Contingency Operations.
