Job Description:

The Site Supervisor III is responsible for managing site operations, departments, services, and activities within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role ensures ongoing compliance with all applicable contractual, statutory, and procedural requirements. The Site Supervisor III coordinates and schedules the activities of various departments to guarantee the timely provision of essential support services. This position involves evaluating and assessing the operational requirements of the company, developing and providing the necessary expertise and services to support project operations, and reporting the status of the assigned organization to management. The Site Supervisor III investigates technical and operational issues, recommends resolutions, and provides technical and operational guidance. This role directs the effective operation of site functions and services, develops and implements improvement initiatives, and is accountable for the financial performance of all site operations. This role requires consistent monitoring of project financials, reporting key metrics, and taking prompt corrective actions to achieve site financial objectives. The Site Supervisor III also coordinates site operations and activities with other locations, military contacts, and regional management, directs planning and scheduling activities, and establishes site practices and procedures as appropriate.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the "General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities" addendum.

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may be located in a wide variety of environments, ranging from conventional indoor office workspaces to project worksites with harsh working and living conditions.

To ensure compliance with safety, health, and security requirements outlined in the contract, the employee must possess the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate level, as necessary to perform assigned job functions.

The position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
