Job Description:

Coordinates Logistics operations within assigned area of responsibility (AOR). Provides support in

tracking supplies and materials, and coordination of transportation functions, maintenance, and client

services at the project level. Coordinates material requisitions, order information, status and updates to

functional and site management as required. Ensures records of Customer Orders, backorders,

consignment inventory, import shipments and delivery details are maintained according to contractual

obligations. Minimizes exposure to demurrage and detention of goods. May provide guidance to less

experienced personnel as assigned. Evaluates processes and procedures; develops and implements

improvements to maximize efficiency and value to the customer.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with

the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
