Job Description:

Provides specialized Scheduling / Planning services to assigned sites, departments or functions. Plans

and schedules necessary materials, equipment, personnel and operational actions required to execute

PWS elements in accordance with contractual requirements. Provides assistance and guidance in the

resolution of scheduling / planning problems. May participate in work teams to align operational plans

and performance against established schedules. May provide presentations and/or training sessions as

required. Ensures that assigned job functions are performed in conformance with client and company

requirements. Communicates project status, issues and requirements management as appropriate.

Follows established procedures and safe work practices at all times. Completes all administrative

requirements.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with

the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
