Existing Secret Clearance or National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) is preferred. Ability to obtain NACI or Secret Clearance is required.

Manages the Environmental function and personnel within assigned area of responsibility. Ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, systems and requirements of the Client and the Company, including environmental baseline surveys (EBSs) and environmental closure surveys (ECSs) for properties occupied by company. Manages programs, policies, procedures and processes in support of the Company's environmental strategies, including but not limited to: waste management, pollution prevention and waste minimization, permitting assistance, hazardous materials compliance, UST/AST compliance, air and water compliance issues, aspects of environmental management systems, and assistance with other general environmental tasks. Manages and conducts training and audit programs

that ensure regulatory compliance. Provides technical guidance to project management and operations personnel; prepares and presents technical findings and reports; and interprets data, requirements and standards. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of pertinent environmental regulations and issues, as well as proposed changes in regulatory or other requirements, and ensures company compliance with pertinent requirements. May lead or participate in HAZMAT response or other fieldwork. Performs functional, technical or administrative support as required..
