Job Description:

Operates light, medium and some heavy equipment and light to heavy duty trucks. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties related to project construction, operations and maintenance activities. May operate single axle dump trucks, dual axle dump trucks with automatic and manual transmissions, loaders, roller and compactors, tractors, sprayers, sweepers, plows, forklifts, backhoes and related equipment. Checks equipment condition and reports major mechanical issues; performs minor or emergency repairs, if needed. May train less skilled workers in operation and care of equipment. Performs manual labor or other duties as necessary.

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
