This position is for the fair opportunity proposal request for AFCAP V vehicle services based at Bagram Air Field

MCS personnel shall have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in supervisory functions such as supply policies and procedures, Air Force property accounting, stock and inventory control, accountability and responsibility, principles of property accounting through manual or automated data processing (ADP), storage methods, warehouse control (receipt, issue, and disposal), materiel handling techniques, methods of preparing and maintaining supply records, manual and automated supply accounting systems, logistics principles and interactions (supply, maintenance, transportation, and procurement). MCS should also have functional knowledge of the DPAS Warehouse. The qualification standards should be consistent with the AFSC 2S091 which are available over the internet. The MCS shall establish policies and procedures based on objectives. The MCS provides guidance and policy direction in supply and equipment support. The MCS participates fully in the management of the supply organization. The MCS shall develop plans, programs, and policies for the operations, management, and administration of current supply programs. The MCS shall formulate policies, concepts, and procedures to ensure that an effective supply operation is maintained using personnel and equipment. The MCS shall monitor and review the monthly inventory document for excessive gains/losses and initiates appropriate action as required. All materiel control Contractor personnel must possess 4K thru 10K Forklift experience.
